Privacy / Interest list
Your information. Your choice.
This notice explains how Cally Stewart, trading as Women’s Relational Psychology Co., uses the information you provide when joining our interest list.
For privacy questions or requests, email success@callystewart.co.uk.
What we collect
Your first name, email address, any interests you select, the date you sign up and a record of your consent. Selecting interests is optional.
Why we collect it
To manage the interest list and send you course announcements, research invitations and updates about women’s psychology and female friendship. Your selected interests help us make those updates relevant.
We rely on your consent for these emails. Joining the list does not enrol you in a course or research study.
Where your details go
Signup details are stored in our website’s database. Access to the signup dashboard and downloads is restricted to the owner.
The website is hosted through OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites, using Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting and database services. These providers process information to operate the service. Information may be processed outside the UK, including in the United States. OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites Data Processing Addendum provides for UK data transfers using Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum. You can read these safeguards in the ChatGPT Sites Data Processing Addendum or contact us for more information.
How long we keep them
We keep your details while you remain subscribed and review records after two years without engagement to decide whether they are still needed.
If you unsubscribe, we stop marketing emails. We may retain a minimal record of your opt-out so we can respect your choice.
Changing your mind
You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing success@callystewart.co.uk. Once email updates begin, each will include an unsubscribe option.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a portable copy of your personal information. Contact us using the email above.
