Our approach
There’s more to
understand
about women.
Women’s Relational Psychology Co. brings together education, professional training and research to explore women’s psychology—with female friendship at the heart of our work.

Founded by Cally Stewart.
Cally’s work centres on female friendship, women’s relational lives and the questions we too often dismiss as “drama”. This company brings that focus into education, professional learning and research.
Connection requires understanding.
Friendships can bring belonging, joy and support. They can also involve conflict, exclusion, changing expectations and difficult endings. Understanding those experiences deserves more than slogans about sisterhood.
Four questions guide our work.
How do gender and women’s lived experiences shape friendship? How does internalised misogyny show up between women? What does accountability look like in a friendship? And what changes when we take friendship seriously?
Our approach is to examine evidence, make room for complexity and distinguish what we know from what still needs investigating.
